Large Animal Care
All Creatures Veterinary Service is pleased to meet the needs of our food animal clients throughout Lapeer and Northern Oakland counties. We are committed to advancing dairy and beef production through excellence in individual medicine and herd health. We offer dairy consultation services to help you reach your individual production goals. In addition, as an APHIS certified veterinarian, Dr. can provide all procedures and documentation necessary for national and international transport of animals. Our services include:
Monitoring Dairy Herd Performance & Milk Quality
One of the best ways for us to help you reach your production goals is to schedule a regular herd health visit. Herd health visits are unique to each farm and most dairy herds schedule on either a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
Emergency And Critical Care
Our clinic provides emergency services to our clients on a 24-hour basis for our established clients. Typical emergency calls for cattle include milk fever, dystocia (difficulty calving), bloat, and severe injuries.
Vaccinations & Deworming
Dr. Gubert is eager to maximize your production and herd health with an individually-designed vaccination and deworming program featuring the latest products and protocols to address your herd’s needs.
Disease Treatments and Protocols
Dr. Gubert will diagnose and treat any illness affecting your cattle as well as help you design a disease prevention and nutrition specific program for your operation.
Drop Ship Services
We are happy to offer drop ship services for you to meet your pharmaceutical needs. Our drop ship service is available to all of our regular clients (clients we have visited in the last twelve months). To take advantage of our drop ship services, simply call our office to place your order with our veterinary assistant, Toni.
Veterinary Feed Directive Services
In compliance with the FDA, a Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD), is now required in order to obtain all feed-grade antibiotics. We are happy to issue a VFD upon request. A veterinary/client relationship is required, in that we have made regular visits to your farm within the year.
